We marry that with a great piece of land (experienced brokers and minimalist+ team members David Todd and Steve Strode can help you find it).
then we keep it simple.
Just two levels of construction systems and finishes (always based on sustainable materials and eco-efficient performance), so we can plan and execute the SiteFab™ building process with amazing efficiency.
Everything is prepped and scheduled in advance by accomplished builder Jeff Lightfoot, then a mix of fabricated elements and site-built elements come together to form a solid, beautiful, affordable modern home— that goes up in as little as three months, half the time or less compared to standard construction schedules.
