SiteFab®, our proprietary construction system, is designed to minimize waste, ensure high quality construction and create the best, most efficient home we can build.
Traditional “stick built” homes are built on-site over the period of around six months. Left over materials are hauled away to the landfill and in our wet, cold Pacific Northwest climate, the home is subjected to weather damage before it is even built.
Accomplished builder Jeff Lightfoot took a look at this process and knew he could do better – and so SiteFab® was born. Custom designed homes are built in components, in a climate-controlled environment off-site. Extra materials are recycled for other projects, achieving zero waste. Next, these fabricated components are hauled to the site, craned into place and the home is finished with site-built sustainable systems and finishes – in three months.
Each home is custom designed by designer Matthew O. Daby in a modern style that reflects the minimalist+® lifestyle.
